Sale or Lease Applications
The Bella Costa association requires a completed sale or lease application and background screening prior to finalizing the sale or lease of a Bella Costa condominium. The links below provide the application and the background screening form. The completed application documents, along with a check payable to Bella Costa, Inc. in the amount of $150.00, can be dropped in the Bella Costa Clubhouse mail slot or mailed to Bella Costa, Inc., 200 Santa Maria St., Venice, FL 34285. To expedite processing, in addition to mailing the application, also email a copy of the two-page application to bellacostaemail@gmail.com.
